PHOENIX, AZ—Jim Dredge, CEO of Meadows Behavioral Healthcare, has announced that Lee Pepper has joined the company in the dual role of Chief Information Office and Chief Creative Officer. Pepper’s responsibilities as Meadows Behavioral Healthcare CIO/CCO will include leading the Meadow’s Digital Marketing and IT teams.

Pepper has 25+ years of progressively responsible leadership in digital marketing and information technology in healthcare companies, but he began his career working for Ross Perot’s presidential campaign. This led to a position with Perot’s IT services company, Perot Systems, where he spent 10 years before moving to Nashville and joining digital music startup PassAlong Networks.
